Ladder Assist – $225
- Inspection is performed by a HAAG or NEI Certified inspector and is coordinated with Policy Holder and roofer present (when possible).
- Ground inspection of siding, screens, downspouts, gutters, aluminum fascia, and a/c units.
- Hail and wind damage inspection on all types of residential roofing materials.
- High Definition photos of damage with a sketch of structure given to adjuster on site and square report with all damage totals.
Ladder Assist with Report (Basic Inspection or Solo Inspection) – $275
- Inspection is performed by a HAAG or NEI Certified inspector and is coordinated with Policy Holder and roofer present (when possible).
- Ground inspection of siding, screens, downspouts, gutters, aluminum fascia, and a/c units.
- Hail and wind damage inspection on all types of residential roofing materials.
- High Definition photos of damage and sketch of structure.
- 30-40 page report includes an overview of damage with photos, sketch, measurements, and square reports.
3.) Expert Inspections- $475
- Inspection is performed by a HAAG or NEI Certified inspector and is coordinated with Policy Holder and roofer present (when possible).
- Ground inspection of siding, screens, downspouts, gutters, aluminum fascia, and a/c units.
- Hail and wind damage inspection on all types of commercial and residential roofing materials
- High Definition photos of damage in report format
- 50-60 page report includes an overview of damage with photos, sketch, measurements, and square reports.
- Hail size forensically measured from hail spatter and damaged objects to determine size of hailstone
- Intentional damage investigation
- Roof leak location service
- Installation defects assessed and documented
- Manufacturing defects assessed and documented
- Algae damage and Vermin damage assessed and documented
4.) Engineer Inspections (Performed by Trinity Engineering, PLLC) – $1100
- Inspection is performed by an Professional Engineer and is coordinated with Policy Holder and roofer present (when possible).
- Ground inspection of siding, screens, downspouts, gutters, aluminum fascia, and a/c units.
- Hail and wind damage inspection on all types of commercial and residential roofing materials.
- High Definition photos of damage in report format.
- 50 – 60 page report includes an overview of damage with photos, sketch, measurements, and square reports.
- Hail size forensically measured from hail spatter and damaged objects to determine size of hailstone.
- Intentional damage investigation.
- Roof leak location service.
- Installation defects assessed and documented.
